California chiropractic training
This January, our entire chiropractic office traveled down to California for a special training session to learn ways to better serve our patients.

The three-day session included workshops and informational sessions to improve communication with patients and enhance their experience at our clinic.

Dr. Russell Kun was a featured participant in several workshops, showing other chiropractors and staff how to conduct New Patient first visits and Report of Findings visits.

We had a great time in California, but we were happy to get back to Seattle and see everyone again!

Happy New Year
Happy New Year from Evergreen Chiropractic!

There are exciting things happening with Evergreen already in 2010. New Patient Orientation Health Talk
Yesterday evening, Dr. Russell gave his second health talk of the month. During Tuesday's New Patient Orientation, patients learned about the best contributing factors to achieve health & wellness. Topics included good nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management--factors which help support the nervous system and optimize the chiropractic care that patients receive.

Holiday Office Party
Last Friday the office celebrated the holidays and the end of 2009 at The Big Picture, a classy movie theater and lounge in Bell Town. The film showing was "New Moon," and all the staff were able to huddle together in the theater to watch the popular vampire flick. Thanks to everyone for making it a fun event!
